Join our Blood Letting Activity on February 18, 2026 (Wednesday), 6:00 AM at BCT Gethsemane Chapel and be someone’s hero today.

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄:
• Aged 16–65 years old (first-time donors must be under 55 years old; donors aged 16–17 must present written parental consent)
• In good health and practicing a clean lifestyle
• Weighs at least 50 kilograms

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
• Get at least 8 hours of sleep
• Avoid alcohol 24 hours before donating
• No medication 24 hours prior to donation
• Eat before donating
• Stay hydrated
