CvSU - Trece didn’t just bring home medals from the recent University Games, they also stood out as Best in Uniform.

Campus muse Amira Mikah Octubre and es**rt Aljo Baradas represented the campus with grace, confidence, and modesty as they marched in the opening parade. Their poise and well-coordinated uniforms caught the judges’ attention, earning CvSU-Trece the recognition among all participating campuses.

From the courts of lawn tennis and beach volleyball, to the spikes of men’s volleyball, the plays on the baseball diamond, and the grace of dancesport — they showed up, played hard, and kept their spirit of sportsmanship alive.

‎The University Games have passed, and we’ve witnessed how hard the Golden Martyrs fought, competing for and representing the campus.
‎
‎When it was all over, the Golden Martyrs bagged 8 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱, 𝟭𝟴 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿, and 6 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗲 medals. Total of 32 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹𝘀 for the campus. They truly embodied the chants of going for the gold, and fighting for the green!

‎Everyone is a testament to the dedication and passion of each Martyr who gave their all and rose to the top, proving that the Golden Martyrs are not just players who played their sports, but athletes who gave their dedication, passion, and sportsmanship in every competition.

HIGHLIGHTS RECAP | Lawn Tennis - Men's Single

Heinz Andrei Tindugan absolutely stole the spotlight at the CvSU - Main’s Tennis Court on May 11, 2026, during his match against CvSU - Gentri. He shut them out 4-0 in the first set and making it look easy.

Things eventually got a lot tighter toward the end as Gentri tried to climb their way back, but Tindugan kept his cool when it mattered the most. He then locked in a 10-9 victory, claiming his medal for Trece. It was such an amazing display of grit to stay on top and close that out early.

LOOK | Beach Volleyball Men Update

Earlier today, May 14, CvSU-Trece fought hard up until their last match against the CvSU-Naic squad.

Represented by Jamie Duque, Mark Layno and Russuade Tirol, the team displayed teamwork and spirit on the sand. However, Naic Campus managed to secure the win throughout the game, finishing 14-21 on the first set and 11-21 in the second set.

While the match ended in favor of the opposing team, we stand proud of our players for their dedication and sportsmanship. Keep your heads up, Martyrs!

LOOK | Baseball Update

CvSU-Trece once again dominated the oval with their commanding performance against the CvSU-Tanza Campus. On their 4th game of the Elimination Round, Golden Martyrs secured a decisive 14-1 victory showcasing their incredible synergy.

The 15-man team was led by the outstanding efforts from players Andrei Falcon, Apollo Caesar Escototo, and Arteo Longakit, Chris Isaac, Elton Gumiter, Eugene Adeva, Francis Atchica, Francisco Daliva, Jr., John Harold Navales, John Loyd Cedrick Singarios, Jules Ojeda, Lance Pardilla, Niko Cambronero, Philip John De Leon, Adrian Zulueta who all displayed sharp focus and relentlessly energy.

Congratulations for winning the game, Golden Martyrs! We are all proud of you!

The Athletics Awarding kicked off at 2:00 PM today, and we are already celebrating a powerhouse performance!

A massive congratulations to Angelica Cupino for an outstanding performance at the Athletics meet! She truly dominated the field, bagging a total of three medals:

🥇 Gold – Discus Throw
🥇 Gold – Javelin Throw
🥈 Silver – Shot Put

The Golden Martyrs secured a hard-fought victory against CvSU-Naic today. In a thrilling game, the team displayed incredible focus and won with a final score of 13-5.
