Ito ay paggalang sa nauna, pag-aayos ng kailangang ayusin, at pagpapatuloy ng laban para sa bata, g**o, paaralan, at bayan.

Sa unang araw ng klase, hindi kailangang ang school head ang nasa bawat sulok ng paaralan. Hindi niya kailangang siya mismo ang sumagot sa bawat tanong o umayos sa bawat concern.

Pero kailangang malinaw ang sistema at ramdam ang presensya.

May process flow.
May tutugon sa concern.
May magtutulungan kung kailangan.
Samakatuwid, may direksyon kung saan pupunta, sino ang kakausapin, at ano ang susunod na gagawin.

Hindi sa dami ng personal na pag-aasikaso.

Today, May 28, marks the beginning of the Philippine Flag Days, observed from May 28 to June 12 under the National Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines.

But for schools, this is more than a commemorative date.

It is a leadership and lawful respect reminder.

Hindi lang sapat na may flag raising tuwing Lunes at flag retreat tuwing Biyernes.

Dapat simple.
Dapat dignified.
Dapat maayos.
Dapat may tamang asal o wastong kilos.
Dapat ang watawat ay nasa maayos na kondisyon.

Hindi dapat itinataas ang bandilang kupas, sira, marumi, o hindi na kagalang-galang tingnan.

Hindi rin dapat ginagamit ang watawat bilang dekorasyon, table cover, costume, advertisement, o design element na lumalabag sa dignidad nito bilang ating national symbol.

For school heads, respect for the flag is not only shown by standing during the ceremony.

It is shown by ensuring that the school observes the law, models discipline, and teaches learners that citizenship is practiced even in small routines.

Because the flag ceremony is not just a school activity.

It is a weekly reminder that public service must be done with dignity, order, and accountability.

Kapag iisang tao lang ang humahawak sa lahat, lumalaki ang risk ng error, favoritism, abuse, weak documentation, or audit finding.
