We recently planned an event for which we hired . They failed to deliver things on time due to which event got delayed and many people left on spot leading to heavy losses for us. I have shared reference pictures of what we asked for along with which is what was delivered. Quality was bad, carpets were torn, lack of communication, mismanagement. There was mo accountability from their end and we believe we should speak about it as why should we take the blame for mistakes made by them? Who will compensate for the goodwill, financial, emotional loss we faced? The humiliation we had to face due to this?
