Today, 𝐌𝐫. Amjad Ali, 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫, conducted a soft skills session for our 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐔𝐗 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 from National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 2. Not teaching them tools or frameworks, but teaching them something equally important: how to communicate clearly, present themselves professionally, and work well with others.

Because a skilled AI developer or UX designer who can't explain their ideas or collaborate with a team will always struggle to grow.

These are the lessons no one teaches in classrooms. But they shape careers.
