Fracture shaft of Femur. I/L Nail Fixation done.

Limb salvage surgery. A 12 yr old boy came with proximal tibia epiphyseal fracture with distal cold extremity. Immediate close reduction with cross k wire under C-Arm machine done and fasciotomy done. Now Distal pulses intact and patient is in stable condition. AlhamdulilAllah.
