Shimshal pass is situated in the very remotest valleys of Hunza in the northern areas of Pakistan. There is so many short and long passes, from the top of Minglig Sar seen the magnificent scenery of world second highest mountain k-2 and other 7000-M. In this pasture several interesting event is the yak racing festival and the celebrations and festivals, on the end of harvest all villagers back to Shimshal only in the winter yaks remain in the mountain

Kutwal Lake is a high-altitude lake located in the Haramosh valley of Gilgit district, in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The valley of Haramosh is about 60 miles to the east of the district capital, Gilgit. The lake is surrounded by several high mountains, including Haramosh Peak, Laila Peak and Dobani PeakPeak.

Rakaposhi is a mountain in the Karakoram mountain range in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan It is situated in the middle of Nagar Valley Nagar District and Danyore and Bagrote valley approximately 100 km (62 mi) north of the capital city Gilgit of the semi autonomous Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. Rakaposhi means "Snow Covered" in the local language. Rakaposhi is also known as Dumani ("Mother of Mist" or "Mother of Clouds"). It is ranked 27th highest in the world
The first successful recorded ascent by non-natives was in 1958 by Mike Banks and Tom Patey, members of a British-Pakistani expedition, via the Southwest Spur/Ridge route.Both of them suffered minor frostbite during the ascent to the summit on June 25. Another climber slipped and fell on the descent and died during the night.
