🌍 World Diabetes Day 2025 – “Diabetes Across Life Stages”

Diabetes affects millions of Pakistanis — at every age and every stage of life.

🔹 34.5 million adults (20–79) in Pakistan are living with diabetes
🔹 1 in 3 adults is affected nationwide
🔹 Over 9 million people remain undiagnosed, facing hidden risks
🔹 Pakistan has the highest age-adjusted diabetes prevalence in the world (≈31.4%)

This year’s theme reminds us that diabetes isn’t limited to one age group — it affects children, young adults, pregnant women, working individuals, and seniors.
