Rabri banane ki asaan recipe (Roman Urdu):
Ingredients:
1 liter doodh
4–5 tbsp cheeni (taste ke mutabiq)
4–5 choti elaichi (powder)
10–12 badam (patle slice)
10–12 pista (slice)
1 tbsp kewra water ya rose water (optional)
Thori si zafran (optional)
Banane ka tareeqa:
1. Ek heavy pan ya degchi mein 1 liter doodh daal kar medium flame par ubalna shuru karein.
2. Jab doodh ubalne lage to flame halki kar dein aur chamach se side par lagne wali malai ko pan ki side par chipkate rahain.
3. Doodh ko 30–40 minutes tak pakne dein taake wo gaadha ho jaye.
4. Ab usmein cheeni, elaichi powder, badam aur pista daal dein.
5. Side par chipki hui malai ko chamach se nikaal kar doodh mein mix kar dein.
6. Agar pasand ho to zafran aur kewra water bhi add kar dein.
7. 5–10 minute aur pakayein phir thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
8. Thandi hone par rabri aur zyada gaadhi ho jati hai.
Serve karne ka tareeqa:
Rabri ko fridge mein thandi karke upar se thore badam pista daal kar serve karein.
