Job Responsibilities
Manage bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Handle onboarding documentation and employee coordination
Maintain recruitment data and HR records
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations

Requirements
Proven experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to meet tight hiring deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
