I failed admission test of Crescent Model School Lahore in 1985

I failed in entrance test of PAF College and Cadet college Hasan Abdal 1993

I failed interview of Military College 1994

I was last in my class in O levels for 3 years consistently from 1994 to 1997
I missed my ISSB tests 1999
I couldn't get admission in UET 1999

I couldn't get department of my choice in NUST 1999

In my university I could never get GPA above 3

I was rejected in proctor and gamble test
I failed ITO( Income Tax) exam 2004
I failed CSS exam the first time 2003
I failed PMS exams 2004
I applied for job at 9 places and was not called for interview by even one company

I applied for Chevening scholarship but was never called - 2009

I was told I will never be able to head a district. I was never posted as ADCG. I was posted as DC during elections because no one was willing to post me otherwise. Still I was not in the top 3 officers to be posted in district and was one number below the last option.

Now that I connect the dots each failure led me towards my success. Shuker Alhamdolillah. I thank Allah for teaching me and training me and leading me through all the failures. It was because of prayers of my mother and father . Both have spent their blood , toil, sweat and tears for me . Before every success my father was on his jae namaz and my mother had quran in her hand . جو بندہ ماں باپ سے باغی ہوا اسے کامیابی نہیں مل سکتی ۔۔۔
I learnt this lesson very soon in my life and their blessings and support made me what I am today.

Never let yourself down when you don't succeed. Each failure will eventually lead you to a better place and open up new doors . All you need to do is have faith, work very hard and keep good intentions. If you pray to Allah he will listen. Be thankful and keep trusting Allah. If you remember Allah, Allah will remember you. If you are thankful to Allah, he will bless you with more. If your intentions are good, the results will always be good.

Despite all the failures in life , Allah blessed me with great achievements. If one keeps on working hard for the core of his heart, his efforts never go wasted. In Quran Allah says that there is nothing for humans except for what he strives for and in the next verse it is written that his effort will be shown. There are many who will pull your legs and will always criticise you but you to let go of the haters and focus on your own objectives

It was with hardwork that I got admission in Cadet College and was Senior Section Commander of my wing in 1999. I passed tests of FAST, NUST and GIK and got in the top faculty Alhamdolillah.
After Allah's blessings it was because of hard work, conviction and perseverance that I passed CSS exams and got allocated in PAS.

The purpose of the post was just to tell you how many times a person can fail before he becomes anything. I topped my academic group in civil services academy . I was topper of entire batch in foundation term. I was in top 3 in special training promotion exams and final passing out exams of civil services. I topped in Mhil NDU and got 3.8 GPA. I was in top two in all later courses. One has to pass the steps of failures before he reaches success. I got outstanding reports as Assistant Commissioner, ADC and Director. I was pioneer of primary health care project in Ghotki where more than 50 health establishments were made functional in record time and the then DC awarded me for my achievements in health sector.

I was handpicked by Secretary Establishment to head the E wing. As DC , I was declared best administrator by ICCI, FPCCI and many other organizations. I was given shields by Traders, Universities, Parliamentarians and Pakistanis abroad. Senate of Pakistan issued memorandum appreciating my role as DC. My city was declared as best in polio, dengue and covid. My city was declared as the most digitized city. We were the first ones to increases revenue from 4 Billion to 12 billion rupees using information technology. Islamabad Administration started home delivery services which Delhi is copying now. President of Pakistan and Chairman Senate bestowed shields for my work in covid.

Anyways point is not to talk about achievements. I am writing it all not to present myself God forbid, I am just trying to motivate all who think that there world ends after just one failure. Never lose hope. Wish everyone all the best . My love and respect for each one of you . Jazak Allah
