**Job Title: Odoo Developer**

**Job Description:**
As an Odoo Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design and develop modules, and ensure the successful deployment of the solutions. Your responsibilities will also include providing technical guidance and support to the team, as well as ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of the applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP solutions according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop new modules and features within the Odoo framework.
- Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance of the developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the applications.
- Customize existing Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the developed solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Odoo development.

**Required Qualifications & Skill Set:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Expertise in the Odoo framework, ORM, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with customizing Odoo modules and implementing new features.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Additional certifications in Odoo development or related technologies.
- Experience with other ERP systems and their implementation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows in various industries.
