Why fun time is important for kids at school:

1. *Brain break*: After lessons, play helps kids reset focus. A fresh brain learns better.
2. *Social skills*: Games teach sharing, teamwork, taking turns, and handling win/loss.
3. *Physical growth*: Running, jumping builds strong bones, muscles, and coordination.
4. *Creativity*: Free play lets kids imagine, invent rules, and solve problems their own way.
5. *Less stress*: Laughing + playing lowers anxiety. Happy kids feel safer at school.

Fun time isn’t a break from learning. It IS learning, just without a textbook.

# Solid, Liquid & Gas
Activity level 5

1. *Solid*: Has a fixed shape + fixed volume. You can hold it. Example: book, stone, ice. Particles are tightly packed and don’t move much.
2. *Liquid*: Has fixed volume but takes the shape of its container. It can flow. Example: water, milk, juice. Particles are loosely packed and can slide past each other.
3. *Gas*: No fixed shape, no fixed volume. It fills the whole container. Example: air, oxygen, steam. Particles are far apart and move freely.

*Quick trick to remember*: Solid = tight, Liquid = flow, Gas = spread.

Basically: Air, water, and sunlight = the 3 basics. Without them, humans can’t survive even for a few days.
1.Air/Oxygen*: We breathe it every second. Oxygen from air keeps our heart, brain, and body working. No oxygen = no life.
2. Water*: Makes up 70% of our body. We need it for drinking, cleaning, growing food, and keeping our body temperature normal.
3. Plants/Trees*: Give us oxygen, food, fruits, and wood. They also clean the air.
4.Soil + Sunlight*: Soil grows our food, and sunlight gives plants energy + gives us Vitamin D for strong bones.
