Strengthening Collaboration for Community Development and Quality Education
The President of SMP Welfare Organization, Syed Khawar Shah, met with Mr. Hamid Khan, Deputy Director Local Government, Mansehra, along with his dedicated team.
The meeting focused on strengthening institutional collaboration, promoting community-driven development, and discussing opportunities for collective efforts towards social welfare and educational improvement.
SMP Welfare Organization continues to work through its flagship initiative, “Building Strong Foundations (BSF) Initiative – The Pathway to Future,” with the vision of improving the quality of education for underprivileged children and transforming Government Primary School Phagla (GPS Phagla) into a model learning institution.

📢 **Arsalan Siddiqui Joins SMP Welfare Organization for Teacher Training and Mental Health Campaign**
SMP Welfare Organization is pleased to announce a partnership with **Arsalan Siddiqui**, CEO of The-Minds Psychological Company, the leading psychological services provider in Hazara Division.
Arsalan Siddiqui has officially signed an agreement with SMP Welfare Organization to lead our teacher training program as part of the Building Strong Foundations (BSF) Initiative – The Pathway to Future at Government Primary School (GPS) Phagla.
In addition,The -Minds will conduct a specialized mental health campaign in collaboration with SMP Welfare Organization, aimed at supporting both teachers and students by fostering mental well-being and resilience.
Together, we aim to create a holistic learning environment where both educational excellence and mental health support go hand in hand, ensuring a brighter future for every child at GPS Phagla.
