Case studies of 90k $ (2 crore 70 lakh) disbursement from a suspended account due to seller code of conduct and drop shipping.

Started working on this case back in November 2022 and the procedure was same like video verification and documents. The video verification was done on December 12th and after submitting the documents we received a response that the appeal is under review and will be answered in next 5 working days. Amazon was unexpected and they didn’t respond even a month passed which increased confusion and frustration for us.

In Feb 2022 we sent a follow up and after two weeks we received a response that Amazon is verifying the information with third parties and more wait was suggested.
February,March,April passed but Amazon never replied and client was going to hire an attorney in USA even though I tried to convince him to wait but he wasn’t agree. So I requested for a last follow up and sent the details of issue to Jeff which worked for us. After a week we received an email from Jeff team that they are investigating the matter and we can expect a response soon.

Alhumdulilah yesterday we received a response that the funds will be disbursed in few days from expenses to available.
Although it took us around 7 months but the results are worth it.
