-Half cup butter milk (Milk+1tsp vinegar)
-1tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1tsp chili flakes
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp lemon juice

-For zinger coating
-Half cup flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp chili flakes
-1/2 tsp black pepper

-Garlic mayo sauce
-4tbsp mayonnaise
-4tbsp ketchup
-1tbsp chili sauce
-1tsp soya sauce
-Fresh coriander
-2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic

-Ingredients:
-1 cup flour
-3/4 cup powdered sugar (1/4+1/4+1/4)
-2 tbsp lemon zest
-2/3 cup oil/ghee (1/3+1/3)
-1/2 cup yougurt
-1/4 cup milk
-1+1/4 tsp Baking powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda

-For lemon glaze
-1/3 cup powdered sugar
-2 tbsp corn starch
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-Top up with lemon zest
