JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

1. BANKS / SUPPLIER RECONCILATION
2. Responsible for the payroll, and the company time tracking system to track the employees daily working hours, based on our time tracking system we pay the employees monthly.
3. Manage the preparation of the company's monthly budget, cash flow analysis and forecasting and make sure the actual monthly expenditure match
4. Maintain company books using Quick Book Online, Documentation of Expense.
5. Responsible for account receivables from the clients on time, and create tight process in place
