Three member team Adeel Khan, Irum Mukhtar and Waseem Anwar discuss briefly about the volunteer services of youth in Pakistan and their impact on the society.
Participant’s concluded that youth of Pakistan must be on front for the positive working and their contribution to make Pakistan a successful country.
They also said we must discourge those who use the energy and contribution of volunteers for their own purposes but not for the society

Survey: Impact Assessment for the Election Compendium
Job title: Surveyor
Place of work: Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Peshawar,
Quetta, MirpurKhas, Hyderabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad
No. of Positions: 5 Surveyor in each location
Job purpose:
To assist in conducting impact assessment for the election compendium and district
profiles.
Specific responsibilities:
Conducting primary surveys using the developed questionnaire. The surveyor will have to
operate door to door in the field to access the respondents and obtain their answer, which
they will record and present to their immediate supervisor.
The duties listed above covers most of the task that would be performed by the individual in
this position; however the surveyor can also be assigned any other Official task by
Management as and when required.
Job specifications:
Qualification/Experience:
For the post of surveyor completion of high school and enrolment in final year university is
considered necessary.
Skill/Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to engage respondents in conversation
Be able to excavate the exact knowledge required in an interview
Languages:
Good Urdu, English, plus relevant regional language are essential.
Sensitivity:
The surveyor must be tolerant and sensitive to needs of religious and ethnic minorities,
women and the poor.
