we're all bombarded by stories of successful freelancers, making thousands from platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. On the flip side, they may struggle in a traditional job setting or fail to leverage other opportunities that you might excel at.

Perhaps your strengths lie in networking in-person, selling your skills through a personal blog or LinkedIn, or landing a job in a dynamic organization where teamwork and leadership shine. Maybe you're the idea-generator, project manager, or innovator that companies are searching for.

What's essential is not where you work or how much you earn right off the bat. It's finding where you can add the most value, and that begins with understanding your strengths and focusing on them.
