**Project M&E and Implementation Analyst**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Project M&E and Implementation Analyst will support the effective delivery of the project by ensuring systematic monitoring of activities, tracking progress against results, and strengthening reporting and learning. The role will also provide implementation oversight and ensure that activities are carried out in line with UNDP and donor requirements.

**Required Skills and Experience**

**Education:**

· Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Economics, Public Policy, Research, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related fields is required, or

· A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.

**Experience:**

· Applicants with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field of study are not required to have professional work experience. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are required to have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in M&E, programme and/or team management working with multiple stakeholders is required.

**Desired skills **

· Knowledge and experience of working on developing and/or implementing M&E frameworks.

· Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

· Experience in designing monitoring and evaluation systems and designing development projects.

· Proven experience working with quantitative and qualitative data.

· Experience in designing, implementing and/or managing multi-donor activities.

· Experience with UN organizations/USAID funded programms/projects at the local or international level.

· Experience conducting applied research projects and reporting on findings.

· Experience of working with the KP Government.

**Required Language**

· Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
