🔥Scaling Smart: How I Reduced ACoS Without Losing Sales
This month, my main focus was improving efficiency across the account without hurting sales. By restructuring campaigns based on clear goals and product stages, I was able to reduce ACoS while keeping revenue stable and gradually increasing ROAS.
Here’s the snapshot:
ACoS trend: decreased from 24.7% → 18.3% → 20.2%
Sales trend: steady growth from 3.2K → 6.3K → 9.7K AED
ROAS: overall improvement across active campaigns
Spend distribution: cleaner, more controlled, more aligned with performance
The key shift was moving away from mixed-intent campaigns and building a structure where every campaign serves one purpose:
