1. As investor:
There are mainly two business models that amazon offers to its sellers.
 Private label
 Wholesale

Private label:
In this type of business model we start from the scratch and build our own asset by launching product under amazon private label model.

The best thing about this model is that this is flippable and you can sell it anytime.

To start this model we need the following things to be done:

• Apply for trademark
• Company registry

Budget required for PL:

The budget required for PL is different in different market places.
For US it is upto 25000 $
For UK it is 15000 to 20000 $

 MPL:
There is also a strategy to start PL in low budget which is introduced by EC and that is called MICRO

PRIVATE LABEL (MPL).

This is all same as the real PL but only difference between them is that in MPL we search for product that is less in demand in the market and one more thing is we look for a cheap product to launch.


WHOLESALE:

This is the safest type of business model. In this type of business we search for a pre-existing successful brand and after all our criteria matches then we ask the brand for reseller approval.

In this model a seller need the following things to be done:

• Search for a good brand
• Ask for reseller approval
• Buy the inventory in bulk
• Send it to amazon warehouse
• Me too listing
• Make strategy to win buybox

Budget required for wholesale:

The budget is range is between 4000 to 6000 $ for markets like UK and USA.

2. Service Provider:

The upper both models are for investors who have investment. Now this is the 2nd way to enter amazon market without any investment. If you do not have any investment then there is no need to worry about it. There is a path available to enter without investment.
