WAREHOUSE WORKER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ONLINE STORE ID Logistics
We are looking for men, women, and couples up to 55 years old.
Position: Warehouse Worker, Forklift Operator.
Location: Zgorzelec. This is a city with convenient transport connections, sunny and cozy. It’s an ideal place for families, with delicious local cuisine and beautiful architecture. Workers live in the city center, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the workplace using company transportation.
The city is located on the border with Germany. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to shops in Germany. Biedronka is just 5 minutes away from the workers' accommodation, and Kaufland is 10 minutes away.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5-6 days a week (day and night shifts).
Shift times: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
There’s also a mid-shift from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

The work is physically easy. The items in the warehouse are small and light (perfumes, hair dyes, household chemicals, decorative items). The heaviest item in the warehouse is currently a small coffee machine.

Responsibilities:
- Order picking and packing
- Labeling and sorting parcels
- Working with a scanner (training is provided)
The tasks are repetitive and easy to learn. In the early stages, employees can consult with an instructor who explains all processes in detail.
There is a work quota: 80-100 parcels per 1.5 hours. Employees typically meet the quota during the training period.

Salary:
💳 22.69 PLN per hour
💳 28.10 PLN per hour for employees under 26 with student status
There are regularly paid bonuses ranging from 100 to 800 PLN.

We provide:

- Accommodation for 450 PLN per month per person (2-3-4 people per room) with all amenities (internet, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom). Nothing needs to be brought with you.
- Free work clothing and footwear. In winter, thermal underwear is provided. Free coffee and tea are also available.
- A mandatory medical examination is required before starting work, costing 100 PLN (this is not deducted from your salary if you work for 6 months).
- If you have your own accommodation, you will receive an additional 500 PLN added to your salary.
