✨ A little sneak peek from our latest recording session with the amazing and talented Joanna Wątroba, who traveled over 300 km just to record at Soul & Sound Studio! 🎙️🎶 She brought her own two songs to life, singing and playing multiple instruments 🎹🪘🎸 It was such a joy to make music together! 🙌 Stay tuned for the final results! 🤩
After recordings, we need to choose the best take - no two performances are ever the same! Only later we can correct the pitch, fix the imperfections and start the mixing process. Curious to hear the final result? 🎶

🎤🎙️ Not sure which microphone to choose? Follow this 5-step guide!
1️⃣ Do you actually need a microphone?
For amateur purposes, a sound recorder might be a more practical option.
2️⃣ Dynamic or condenser?
A dynamic mic is ideal for live performances and handling loud sound sources.
A condenser mic is great for studio purposes, capturing fine details and subtle dynamic differences.
3️⃣ If you choose a condenser mic, consider the diaphragm size.
Large diaphragm is perfect for vocals and producing warm, rich sound.
Small diaphragm works best for high-pitched instruments and detailed, bright tones.
4️⃣ Choose the right polar pattern for your needs.
A microphone’s polar pattern determines how it captures sound:
Some capture equally from all directions.
Others focus on sound from the front (great for solo vocals).
Some pick up sound from both the front and back, but not the sides.
5️⃣ Go for trusted brands and reliable stores.
Well-known brands and reputable stores help avoid disappointment. Remember, higher price doesn’t always mean better quality!
