🚨 Important update for international residents in Poland!🚨

The MOS system (Case Management Module) used for residence applications is being updated. The new version (MOS 2.0) will launch on April 27, 2026, while the current system will be shut down earlier — on April 17, 2026.

What does this mean for you?
🔹 If your legal stay in Poland expires before or shortly after April 27, apply for your Temporary Residence Card (TRC) as soon as possible
🔹 Applications must be submitted on paper (not online) and arrive by April 26, 2026
🔹 Late applications will not be processed — the arrival date matters, not the sending date

We have prepared instructions on our website. Please check them and don’t wait until the last minute!
