Did you spill a drink on your computer? That's what you should do
Spilled a drink on your computer and don't know what to do?
Did someone tell you to put it in rice? Don't do it!!!
There is only one right way how to save your equipment.
Step I: Disconnect the flooded laptop from the power supply.
Step II: Disconnect all external devices and remove the battery if you can.
Step III: Turn the laptop's keyboard upside down.
Step IV: Wait a minimum of 24 hours.
Step V: Return the computer to the service center.
Spilling water or something else on the computer is not a tragedy. It can still be saved. Follow the above advice and you will increase your chances of success!
