We’re excited to share the successful closure of another project supported by Caribbean ICF Solutions in Aruba. 🇦🇼

For this build, the owner selected the Quad-Deck ICF Roof System—now branded as Insul-Deck—to construct a pitched ICF roof. Our experienced Engineering and Installation Support Team provided guidance throughout the entire installation process.

To enhance tensile and shear strength while improving overall durability and efficiency, Helix Micro-Rebar was used in place of traditional rebar for the top reinforcement of the ICF deck system. The project was completed on time and without any issues, demonstrating the reliability and performance of the system.

Project Update – Caribbean ICF Solutions in Tortola, BVI

This is an update on the ongoing project supported by Caribbean ICF Solutions in Tortola, BVI.

Following the successful installation and concrete pouring of the ICF walls and Quad-Deck roofs (reinforced with Helix), the project contractor’s team has begun applying the ICF Finishing materials using our Complete ICF Finishing Solution, which includes:

• Fastrack – Special bonding agent for ICF
• Sider-Crete Power Base – Specialized base coat for interior and exterior ICF walls and ceilings
• Sider-Crete Sider Plast – Acrylic exterior coating specifically designed for ICF structures

The project continues to progress according to the established schedule, and the ICF Finishing phase is expected to be completed on time.

Our technical support staff continues to provide expert guidance on the correct application of the ICF Finishing materials as needed.

Simultaneously, our project management team closely monitors overall progress, working hand-in-hand with the contractor and making any necessary schedule adjustments to maintain construction efficiency and project alignment.
The project contractor has done an excellent job staying ahead of schedule, demonstrating strong coordination and ex*****on.
