March 15, 1921. In Berlin, Armenian Genocide survivor Soghomon Tehlirian shot and killed Talaat Pasha, the former Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire and one of the main organizers of the Armenian Genocide. Tehlirian later became a symbol of justice for many Armenians.
