This Sunday we gather in the heart of nature, inside a cosy round yurt, warmed by a wood stove and surrounded by trees.

An evening to slow down, enjoy music together and reconnect with ourselves
Let’s celebrate women’s day together by gifting ourselves some self-care & self-love 🥰

We begin with an immersive sound journey - singing bowls, chimes and gentle guidance - allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to soften.

Then the space fills with live harp music
Each tone guiding you gently inward
A journey from the head back into the heart ❤️
