Alive To Enjoy

You are not emasculating him because you’re cruel.
You’re doing it because you’re afraid.

Afraid he won’t lead.
Afraid you’ll have to do it all.
Afraid your needs will go unmet again.

So you take over.
You correct.
You control.
You punish.

But what you think is protecting you
is actually pushing away the very devotion you long for.

Because when a man feels diminished,
he doesn’t try harder. He checks out.
He gives less. He disconnects.
And you end up doing everything on your own anyway.

The truth?
You don’t need to criticize to get results.
You don’t need to mother him to be taken care of.
You don’t need to harden in order to be safe.

You need to soften with standards.
Lead with your energy.
Ask with clarity.
And learn how to speak to the man in him, not the boy you’re afraid he might be.

I truly believe every man has a devotional side {at least every one I’ve met does}

However, activating that side of him comes largely from respecting him!

Last year was entirely about death and rebirth

From the greatest moments to lowest lows

An entire year of being in the unknown + surprised in every way

Highlights of 2024👇🏼
🪽 Hosted 15 women’s circles in Bali in just 3 months
🪽 Lived in Bali, two islands in Hawaii + Lisboa
🪽 Met my Portuguese love
🪽 Supported 100s of women in finding their love or creating more romance in their partnerships, deepening peace in their nervous systems + connecting them back to their feminine
🪽 Hosted 1/2 day retreat with bestie + was hired to teach at 4 retreats
🪽 Had 9 photoshoots + curated 2 of my own dream brand photoshoots with 25+ women
🪽 Traveled to Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Washington, California, Idaho, North Carolina and Indonesia
🪽 Camped on beach + did over 50 hikes
🪽 Deepened my connection with God
🪽 Our sister circles in Bali were filmed for a European documentary

🥺 Deepest breakup grief {ended up being 1.5 years of grieving}

🥺 Didn’t have a home for awhile + living out of my suitcase

As I settle into my new home in Portugal and retire the 8 year digital nomad life, I am still moving through a lot of emotions + triggers. My nervous system isn’t used to rooting in one place or being in a devoted union. So I’m continually giving myself grace and patience and trusting God more😌

We all battle a lot in our internal worlds and external. I pray for everyone to feel more supported, receive more clarity and experience new depths of joy ☺️

I deeply desire to feel secure, peaceful and soft this year 🌹
