𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, Risk Assessment, and PTW systems
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Experience on QatarEnergy or similar Oil & Gas projects is an advantage

We're partnering with a leading energy client in Qatar to identify a highly skilled Senior Contracts Engineer to support critical procurement and contract management activities within a dynamic project environment.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:Client Head Office, Doha, Qatar
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭: 12 Months (Extendable)
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: QAR 18,000 per month (All-Inclusive)
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Leading the full tendering lifecycle—from preparation and bidder qualification through evaluation and contract award.

• Preparing and administering contracts for critical goods and services requirements.

• Conducting technical and commercial evaluations and preparing recommendations for management approval.

• Negotiating contract amendments, variation orders, claims, and change orders.

• Supporting governance processes, including Tender Committee, Project Steering Committee, and DPTC submissions.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of contract administration experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong experience in tendering, contract negotiations, claims management, and commercial evaluations.

• Experience working with SAP.

• Previous Middle East experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
