📢 We Are Hiring – Receptionist

Sigma Contracting & Trading is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:

- Sponsorship transfer is a must

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferred)

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Fluent in English (Hindi & Arabic are an advantage)

- Presentable, organized, and customer-oriented

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately

- Managing phone calls, emails, and front desk operations

- Coordinating with departments for administrative tasks

- Handling documents, courier, and office correspondence
