Vakrasana (Twisted Pose)

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ How to do a twisted pose?

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปStart by sitting on a yoga mat with your legs extended in front of you.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปBend your right knee and place your right foot on the ground, keeping it flat.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปTake your left arm and bring it over your right knee, placing your left hand on the ground or holding your right foot.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปInhale deeply and lengthen your spine, sitting up tall.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปAs you exhale, gently twist your torso to the right, looking over your right shoulder.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปKeep your left hand on the ground or right foot for support, and place your right hand behind you on the ground, fingertips pointing away from your body. You can also keep your hand on knee.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปHold the twisted pose for a few breaths, maintaining a comfortable twist and feeling the stretch along your spine.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปTo come out of the pose, inhale and slowly release the twist, returning to the center with a straight spine.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปStraighten your right leg and repeat the same steps on the other side, bending your left knee and twisting to the left.

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Avoid any strain or pain during the twisted pose practice.

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ If someone has a spondylitis issue, vakrasana should be avoided.
