45 gr fulgi de ovaz

Se adauga toate ingredientele in blender, vaj vaj pana se formeaza o compozitie semilichida. Se pune in forma de gogosi aluatul si se baga in cuptorul preincalzit la 180Β° C timp de 10-15 min. Enjoy! ....

1 teaspoon baking powder
30 gr baby spinach
45 gr oatmeal
55 gr flour
55 ml milk

[En below] Pancakes din cartofi β€ o idee de cina rapida si gustoasa. Voi din ce ingrediente mai faceti pancakes?
π₯450 gr cartofi rasi
π₯50 gr ceapa rasa
π₯2 oua mari
π₯4 linguri faina
π₯Sare, piper
Pentru sos:
π₯ iaurt grecesc
π₯ coriandru
Cartofii si ceapa se pun intr-un prosop de hartie si se stoarce bine apa.
Intr-un bol mare bate ouale, adauga sarea, piperul si faina. Adauga ceapa si cartofii si amesteca cu o lingura pana se combina totul. Mixtura trebuie sa fie groasa. Daca curge mai adauga o lingura de faina.
Pune uleiul la incins intr-o tigaie, formeaza chiftelutele si prajeste 4-5 minute pe fiecare parte pana sunt usor rumenite.
Serviti cu sos de iaurt grecesc amestecat cu coriandru tocat, sare, piper, pudra de usturoi. ........

π₯450 gr grated potatoes
π₯50 gr grated onion
π₯2 big eggs
π₯4 tablespoons flour
π₯ Salt, pepper.
For the sauce:
π₯ Greek yogurt
π₯ coriander
Put the potatoes and onions in a paper towel and squeeze the water well.
In a large bowl beat eggs, add salt, pepper and flour. Add onions and potatoes and mix with a spoon until everything is combined. The mixture must be thick. If it flows, add another tablespoon of flour.
Heat the oil in a pan, form the meatballs and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Serve with Greek yogurt sauce mixed with chopped coriander, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
