All the companies want to have employees that perform very well and deliver good results, but this requires a lot of implication and good management.
It's not enough to demand, give tasks and deadlines and expect everything is gonna be according to the plan.
Well, when things are not as expected, the difference is a good manager.
First, a manager needs to discover the problem, the cause of the low performance, not to start blaming and finding the guilty.
How? Ask smart questions to direct the focus to the solution, or to understand the causes, to look from another perspective. Involve other teammates, be creative and think out-of-the-box.
In this way, you will gain clarity and better outcomes in two directions: the problem itself and the relationship with your team.
It's not necessary to have a problem so you can involve in your team's activity.
Better than treating is to prevent, so start today to ask smart questions, if you see a teammate that is struggling or has a difficult situation.
Try to discover behind the scenes what happened, so you can help your colleague to learn how to handle a similar difficult situation in the future.

To get the results we want we need to be active, do things, engage our team, and keep them motivated towards our goals.
When I start to explore these abilities with newly appointed I know I have to make them aware of their ๐ผ๐๐ป ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐.
To energize your team, first, you need to give yourself a quick boost. You cannot energize or motivate if you are tired, lacking vigor, or passive.
It's not like sitting down in the amphitheater, looking at the stage, and direct with a soft voice: "pleeease guys.... energize yourself....." ๐ด
So, my dear manager, first take a look at yourself. And if needed do your best to increase your level of energy and motivation.
How? Here are some basics:
Remind yourself why you do what you do
Ask your colleagues to share funny things with you
Rehydrate yourself
Take a walk
Spend time with people that energize you
Exercise often
Eat healthy food
Listening to your favorite music
Only after that, you can give energy and motivate your team.
