This Kids’ Day, we celebrated across two of our communities: Timpuri Noi Square and Business Garden Bucharest.

Filled with laughter, creativity, games and memorable moments, both events brought together children, families, tenants and partners for a day dedicated to connection and joy. 🎈

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make these celebrations possible. Because strong communities are built not only through places, but through the people who bring them to life.

We were delighted to host the conference 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest, in 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞, our conference center in Timpuri Noi Square. 😊

The event brought together industry leaders and professionals for dynamic discussions on the evolving workplace, the need for office space, AI, leadership, and how does the future of work look.

We were proud to see our Senior Leasing Manager, Maria Badea, join the panel and share valuable perspectives on how office spaces continue to adapt to the changing needs of businesses and employees.

During the discussion, Maria highlighted that creating opportunities for 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a joined venture between tenants and developers, who together are redefining the role of the workplace. ☺️

She also emphasized the importance of amenities that support wellbeing, particularly the sports facilities available across our projects. These spaces offer people a break from their daily routines, encourage healthier lifestyles, and create more opportunities for interaction between each other.
