Being eco-conscious means recognizing how our choices affect the environment. It involves adopting habits that reduce our ecological footprint by using eco-friendly products, conserving resources, and supporting sustainable brands. 🌱

Every small action, like recycling or conserving energy, contributes to a positive impact on the planet! 🌎

ECO VOCABULARY 📚

We live in an age of information, in which we are constantly surrounded by advertisements. In such times, it becomes difficult to understand what information is real and what is fake. 🌍

This notion is especially true about adverts relating to ecology and sustainability, as many companies use buzzwords related to these topics to "greenwash" their image. 🌳

Does this mean that all ads mentioning sustainability are fake? No, of course not! Companies can actually promote eco-awareness through the notion of "goodvertising". This term (coined by Thomas Kolster, who was our guest at our event earlier this month) refers to advertising with the goal of bettering the world. Ads of goodvertising can highlight social issues, or sustainability among others to
promote within a brand. 💚
