Green promenade: One of our approaches is creating a green park surrounding the buildings, providing not only a pleasant walking and relaxation experience, but olso improving the quality of the air.
Diverse design: Another solution that we often use is to divide the construction into multiple horizontal registers, adding diversity and dynamism to the design.
Elegant Porticos: In this case, to create a welcoming appearance, we've implemented a portico on both the ground floor and the first floor, adding elegance and functionality to the space.
Dynamic volumetry: Our volumetry is designed to avoid the sense of massiveness and repetitiveness, emphasizing the play of voids, balconies, and lighting.
