Choosing the right coach is one of the most important steps in your coaching journey โ and itโs also a very personal one.
At ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ , we encourage you to explore the coaches available on the platform, take your time to read their profiles, and get a sense of their coaching style, experience, and approach. This will help you identify who might be the best fit for you โ based on your goals, preferences, and availability.
Youโll also notice that all of our coaches hold internationally recognized certifications such as those from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). These organizations set high standards in the coaching industry, and their accreditation levels (such as ACC, PCC, MCC for ICF or Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner, Master Practitioner for EMCC) reflect a coachโs training, experience, and commitment to professional ethics.
That said, beyond certifications, what truly matters is the connection you feel.
Our recommendation? Trust your intuition more than the urge to overanalyze or find the โperfectโ coach. The right coach for you is someone you feel safe with โ someone you can trust and build a genuine relationship with.
If after your first session you feel that the match isnโt right, you do have the option to change your coach. However, we recommend doing this no more than once. Coaching becomes truly powerful when a strong, consistent relationship is built โ allowing you to go deeper into the topics that matter most to you. Each time you switch coaches, that process starts over.
And remember: itโs very unlikely to find a โperfectโ coach. What matters is finding the right coach for you, in this moment of your journey.
