Rhapsody Food

Ingredients:
500 g flour
250 ml lukewarm milk
7 g yeast
80 g sugar
1 egg
60 g melted butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
Salt
For the filling:
400 g cottage cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
80 g sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 packet vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
1 egg yolk
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20–25 minutes

100 ml oil
50 g butter
Filling:
200 g cheese
1 egg for brushing
Sesame seeds
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
