I did several drops before and after this one...but this is my favourite one because of Neira's attention and reaction.

I saw her tremble with the corner of my eye and couldn't contain my laughter 🤣

I always had motion sickeness. Car rides, bus, plane, boats...enemies from the get-go. Worst memory is fainting on a huge boat in Barcelona because of the barely noticeable waves.

At my first ever aerial yoga classes I could't lie down in the hammock for savasana. I was just lying down on the mat while everyone else enjoyed floating. It was that bad. And sometimes, still is.

The day I decided to buy a swivel I thought to myself that I my own executioner.

The swivel arrived and I was on and off on and off. First 5 seconds attempts would end in me lying down, throwing up and just question my life decisions.

I still need to convince and argue with myself to be consistent with the practice. Each day "just a little bit".

And then...it's moments like these when I get carried away by music, brain goes brrr and carefulness out the window.

Definitely a long journey ahead but baby steps towards controlled spins where I get the courage to go into more poses that I can do without spinning. Oh well.

Leaving this for future me to be able to compare and notice the progress.
