Vacancy: Technical Production Employee

Weekly net salary: €450 - €470 (based on 46,5 hours)

A leading specialist in natural stone and composite processing is looking for technical production employees. With a modern facility and a highly skilled team, this company delivers top-quality custom-made solutions such as marble bathrooms, granite pool surrounds, kitchen countertops, flooring, and façade cladding. They also handle on-site installations across the Netherlands and abroad.

Key responsibilities:

• Polish composite, marble, and granite worktops to perfection using hand tools and simple technical drawings
• Perform the final quality check before the products leave the factory
• Work closely with colleagues in the Production, Specials, and Mechanical Departments under the supervision of the foreman
• Ensure workflows are efficient and production areas are kept organized
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and packing materials

Candidate profile:

• English (B1 minimum); Dutch is a plus
• Able to read 2D drawings
• Handy with tools and technically/spatially skilled
• Detail-oriented, precise, and reliable
• A team player who can also work independently
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) and willingness to work overtime
• Experience with natural stone is a plus, not mandatory
• Basic administrative ability for digital systems and order processing
• Physical able for manual tasks and maintaining a steady workflow

Additional information:

• single person room
• Guaranteed stable hours
• Working hours: Mon–Thu 07:15-15:45, Fri 07:15-14:30, Sat 07:15-11.00 (Lately, you start at 6:00, but that's not standard.)
• Workplace inside a normal-temperature warehouse.

Hourly gross salary: €15.49 + 18% allowance = €18.28/hour
Working hours: 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00 (shift work)

Key responsibilities:
• Perform complex woodworking tasks based on technical drawings and dimensions
• Use various woodworking tools, including mechanical saws and hand tools
• Assemble wooden components into boxes, crates, and flight cases
• Monitor dimensions and ensure product quality
• Follow safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Candidate profile:
• Experience as a carpenter, joiner, or furniture builder
• Accurate and collaborative working style
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, bending, and reaching
• English (required)
• Willing to work in shifts
• Experience required
