Project Milestone: Foundation Bed & Sub-Base Preparation
We are making significant progress on the sub-structure of our high-rise development. Quality control is our top priority, and we are ensuring every inch of the foundation bed is structurally sound.
Following the excavation, we achieved the required compaction on the subgrade, verified by a Field Density Test (FDT). We have now successfully laid and compacted the first 6-inch gravel layer, which has also passed the FDT to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity.
To reach the final formation level, we will proceed with the next two 6-inch layers, maintaining a strict testing regime for each lift.
Current Progress:
Subgrade: Compacted and FDT Verified.
Gravel Layer 01 (6"): Compacted and FDT Verified.
Methodology: Systematic layering to prevent any future settlement of the floor slab.
