upside down .....nailed it. .. Its called upside down because the topping (which is the pineapple) is on the bottom of the cake mix with caramel as it bakes.. When done baking you flip it out with the bottom of the cake on top..:) hence Pineapple upside down cake.

Carrot cake with cream cheese with a twist of lemon frosting... .. And it was damn tasty.....thnkkk u Meliza Gilroy for the perfect recipe.....
