Responsibilities
• Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
• Understand and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Upsell products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge
• Attend training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Very good English level (writing, speaking, and reading)
