A couple of years ago, an earthquake shook the Instagram scene of Hamburg — a new photospot was discovered. And we're not talking about any spot, but a true banger, one with the power to boost your engagement no matter how many times you repost it.
In the city so photographed that new bangers are almost impossible to find, the news spread like fire. Instagrammers from far and wide, including your favorite Croatian brothers, rushed to witness the majestic scene and finally get some 🔥 Instagram content.
The spot, in spare time serving as the staircase of an office building, soon blew up so much that it basically became a meet and greet place for photographers, who patiently waited their turn to stick their lens through the glass glory hole.
For months to come, barely a day would pass without seeing a variation of this frame on my feed. The spell was so strong that it even crossed oceans and found its way into the grids of some famous North American bangerchasers.
It seemed that the fairy tale would last forever, all until one day when the janitor nailed the window shut, and with it, the dreams of so many; leaving us to contemplate our own reflections in the dirty window glass.
