*Clarification*
I think some of you thought I was ending BeerLab with my post on the ”end of an era”. Sorry! I just meant that BeerLab is sticking to classic microbiology techniques for troubleshooting beer (and other beverages).
No PCR, instead growth media, plating, and microscopy! 🦠🔬🧫
