Hello and welcome to my page!
My name is Fadi and I'm here to share recipes, tips and ideas to help make you a success in the kitchen! I believe that good food is a great way to create memories around the dining table and that's the main goal of everything I cook.
I'll be sharing the experience gained from the 25+ years of working internationally as a chef and will sometimes feature dishes from my Middle Eastern background. I'm always open to requests and often cook food from different cuisines and styles.
