Transforming Lives-Strengthening Families-Developing Leaders & Unlocking Potentials

01/05/2026

As CRC enters a new season, we give thanks for Godโ€™s faithfulness. We celebrate a significant moment at the Child Reintegration Centre-SL (CRC) as we mark a transition in leadership.

With deep gratitude, we honor Rev. Olivia Fonnie for her years of dedicated and compassionate service. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening families, protecting children, and shaping CRC into what it is today. Her impact will continue to be felt in the many lives she has touched. We pray for Godโ€™s guidance and blessings in her next chapter at Charles Davis United Methodist Church.

At the same time, we warmly congratulate David Titus Musa on his appointment as Director of CRC. His passion, experience, and commitment to family-based care position him well to lead CRC into the future. We pray for wisdom, strength, and grace as he takes on this important role.

Together, we look ahead with hope and renewed commitment to building stronger families and brighter futures for children. ๐Ÿ’™

Strengthening Families in Pujehun โค๏ธ

On 27th February 2026, the Child Reintegration Centre-SL (CRC) hosted a successful One-Day Family Strengthening Workshop in Pujehun, bringing together 11 families and 58 participants, including caregivers and children.

The workshop covered key modules: Secure Attachment, Impacts of Trauma, Financial Literacy Training, Temperament and Childhood Resilience, Emotional Regulation, and Caregiver Well-being. These sessions helped caregivers: Strengthen bonds with their children, understand and respond to emotional and behavioral needs, foster resilience and healthy emotional development, and improve their own well-being.

We thank our generous Allies and supporters for making this possible.

๐ŸŽ„ CRC Family Empowerment Advocacy Department Spreads Christmas Joy! ๐ŸŽ‰

On the 5th & 6th of December 2025, the CRC FEA Department hosted a two-day Christmas Party for our beneficiaries living within Bo and what a beautiful celebration it was!

Our families came together to eat, drink, dance, and enjoy quality time with one another. The atmosphere was full of laughter, music, and unity. One of the highlights of the event was a touching drama performance about the birth of Jesus Christ, brilliantly presented by our talented students. Their creativity and confidence brought the Christmas story to life in a powerful way.

This yearโ€™s Christmas gift was truly special, each family received a 25kg bag of rice, a gesture of love and support that brought smiles and relief to many homes. This meaningful gift served as the perfect climax to the celebration.

Families expressed deep joy and heartfelt gratitude, offering prayers and appreciation for CRC, our allies, supporters, and advocates who continue to make these moments possible.

โœจ At CRC, we believe that strong families build stronger communities and this Christmas, that strength was felt everywhere.
Thank you to everyone who made this celebration a success. Together, we continue to uplift, empower, and inspire hope. ๐Ÿ’™
