Albert Academy Alumni- IPAM Chapter.

Yesterday, I bid a Farewell message as President of the Albert Academy Alumni Association IPAM-USL-BRANCH. 2022-2023 Academic year.

Ref. The Albert Academy Alumni Association Institute of Public Administration and Management University of Sierra Leone.

*This notice serves to inform the entire Association that after intense deliberation and dialogue with the presidential candidates, commissioners, senior Academician on campus, and the elder's council of the Association, various agreements were reached due to the small number of registered students of the Association.*
*The number of registered students does not suffice for an election so in line with the best practices and for there not to be a vacuum of office. Selection was made. As the current administration's duration in office has elapsed.*

The electoral commissioner and its commissioners decided to select the following as President and Vice President and Secretary General of the Albert Academy Alumni Association IPAM Branch.

*1) President. Patrick Fatoma*

*2) Vice President. Maxwell Jimmy*

*3) Secretary General. Abdul Aziz Mansaray*

*Recommendations.*

*1. The committee recommends that Members are actively encouraged to be involved in the making of decisions for the benefit of everyone.*

*2. Members are also encouraged to purchase their membership ID cards to be legitimate members of the Association.*

*3. Members are encouraged to bring initiatives together to foster innovation and ideas together.*

*4. Members are encouraged to be always United and preach togetherness and peace.*

*5. Members are encouraged to always consult with the elder's council.*

*6. The Association is a subgroup of the National Alumni Association, so members are also encouraged to attend National Alumni meetings to check on the development of the school and be informed.*

*7. We encourage all the parties to actively work together to continue with the current development of the Association.*

Ref. *The Electoral Commissioner for the Albert Academy Alumni Association - Institute of Public Administration and Management -University of Sierra Leone.*

*This notice serves to inform the entire Association that the election schedule for this month has been going smoothly.*

The attention of the committee has been drawn to the number of students who have the Association ID card which does not suffice to elect the President and Secretary General.

*According to Article IX (D) of the Constitution of the Association, only those in possession of the Alumni Association ID card have the right to vote and to be voted for.*

*So in line with the above, there has been a series of consultations and dialogues with the elder's council and senior Academician in getting a new leadership of the* *Association as the tuner of the current administration has elapsed.*

*The commission is reviewing the candidates and will make a final decision on the new Leadership of the Association based on the merit of their performances.*

We encourage you all to actively contribute to the development of the Association.
